Tracking by Learner

With EZTracker, you can view and maintain training histories for a learner (person).

Basic information is tracked such as course, dates, instructor, room and cost. In addition you have several user definable fields which can be used to track data that is unique to your needs. This can include, pass/fail, location, course version* (revision) ....

The navigation buttons in the upper right will queue the next learner and then display all training tracking information for that person. This makes it easy to scroll through a group of learners to preview tracking.

The Learner ID can be any unique number identifying the person such as SSN, Clock Number, Employee number.... Other Systems only use SSN.

* EZTracker has a special module which can track course versions and revisions. When a course version changes it's EZ to re-assign everyone that needs to be trained to the new version and track who has and who has not completed the training.
