Enrollment Options

Built into EZTracker are a number of enrollment options. This screen shot shows the enrollment options when adding Learners to a class.

In this example you can select to enroll from everyone in the system, only those in a department, those with expiring training, those assigned the training but have not taken the training, those who are waitlisted in other classes. You can also add a learner on the fly.

The next window below will display all the learners which met your selected enrollment option. From here you can select any learner or all for enrollment into the class. You can repeat the enrollment option as often as needed to populate your class and create your tracking.

One important feature when considering enrollment options is where and when you can create training tracking. EZTracker is flexible and lets you create tracking or enrollments when looking at tracking for a person, course, class or session.
