Curriculum Progress

Once a curricula is assigned, it's easy to determine the Learner's progress. This window shows the courses in the curriculum and then cross references each course to any qualifying training tracking.

One powerful feature in Curriculum Manager allows the same training item to be in un-limited curricula. For example, Sexual Harassment Prevention may apply for all job codes. With EZTracker, once the person has completed the training, it will automatically synchronize to any other curriculum where the course also will apply.

If the Learner is assigned to a new curriculum, any qualifying training tracking which corresponds to training items in the new curricula will automatically apply. This makes curriculum manager an unique tool to also develop a training gap analysis for individuals and departments based on training tracking history. Another potential use is to identify people who have the training for consideration to qualify for other positions.
