Tracking Multiple Items

As EZTracker has evolved, enhancements have been incorporated as a direct result of customer feedback. This module is based on feedback and allows you to track multiple items in a single training session.

To add Learners to the session you would click the Learners Button in the Session Assign box (bottom right of the screen). To add training items, you would do click the Courses button also in the bottom right of the screen. it's just that EZ.

An example where this unique module may solve problems would be if you needed to track Learners that were trained on multiple SOPs (and SOP Revisions) or Documents in a single training session. The Sessions module will also track the training item version number.

Sessions can be based on trainig items in a curriculum, copied from a previous session or created to meet any individual need.

To illustrate the power of Sessions consider having ten people in a training session and covering five training items requiring tracking. Each learner would need five seperate tracking records and a total of 50 tracking records would be created. With EZTracker this update is done in a single step!
