Questionnaire Tracking

Many organizations will track what students think of training in the form of questionnaires given at the end of a training. The Questionnaire module creates a simple method of entering the results of the questionnaire in a spread-sheet type format. At the bottom of the window, running averages will be calculated.

Questionnaires are predefined by the user and EZTracker only tracks rating (numerical) questions, i.e. on a scale of 1.5 ....

Once entered you can run add-hoc queries on any column or combination of columns to evaluate what users are saying about training.

Example: Show all instructors who scored more than 4 in presentation and content for the months of May,June & July for Course Customer Service Basics in the Orlando location....
