Design and Development Assistance - Structured OJT

Structured OJT has proven to be a very effective and efficient way to train workers.  But, Structured OJT is like any other training method.  Designed, developed, and implemented correctly it's great.  Done poorly,  it's a great waste of effort and can lead to inconsistencies in performance as well as charges of favoritism (some of which are true and some that are not true).  Be sure to review the Tips in Groups 1 and 4.
